I feel like I have abandoned my blog lately.  Between editing sessions/weddings and taking care of Claire (who is now 5 months old, crazy!) the blog is the ‘extra’ thing that just doesn’t get any attention.  I used to blog every session and wedding I ever did, but sadly I can no longer do that.  I wish I could!  If someone comes up with a way to make more hours in the day, let me know.  🙂

Today I am sharing highlights from Katie’s bridal session at Avery Island.  I had so many favorites from this session.  I barely narrowed it down, and still have a ton I didn’t share.  You can never go wrong choosing Avery Island as your backdrop.  There are just so many beautiful places, I’m sure there are even little spots here and there that I have never gone to!

Katie and Jason had an amazing Disney World Wedding the weekend before Christmas.  From what I hear, Disney really works to make their brides feel special and help to make the day perfect.  I mean, it’s the Happiest Place on Earth, how could it not be amazing?!

For her bridal session, Katie made her own bouquet from her very own garden.  We kept smelling the lovely rosemary.  Yum.  🙂  And of course Katie was gorgeous!  Her dress was made for her.  Perfect!  See for yourself:
